New BlackBook battery question

BlackBook arrived today My first ever mac

Is there any tips regarding the battery. Should I run down the battery before pluging it into the mains or does it not make any difference.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on the purchase!

Fully charge your battery for at least 5 hours. Just plug it in and use it. Leave it plugged in overnight. Then, I'd fully drain it.

After that, don't think too much about it, it will drive you nuts. Trust me.
