My white 13" macbook is covered in cracks and is practically falling apart. is it in the warranty or is there any way i can get a new macbook body?
thanks

topcase you can get if you're nice and make an appt with apple genius bar,

as far as the body.... its a lot of work, the lower case would be a lot of screws and a pain in the ass, i have not done, but i did replace my lid to my macbook and it took some time...

check out ifixit.com for tutorials

And no, it won't be covered under warranty. Cracks are generally accidental damage.

Generally, yes, but in the case of these MacBooks I don't think you can deny a minor design fail on Apple's part. Every pre-unibody white / black MacBook I've ever seen is at least a LITTLE cracked. AppleCare replaced my top case (+various other case components) at least 4 times before it expired. Wish they were still replacing for free on the late '06 models...
