I heart google calculator. It deals with SO much, and is endlessly useful.
I do not, however, so much heart going through safari and having to load a full google results page to get a small-data answer.
An application which featured a calculator-y interface, and fed the query seamlessly through google to give an answer would be gorgeous. I believe there is a dashboard widget which acts similarly.
So, devs, I'd happily pay 0.59 or 1.19 GBP!!
