New carriers but which will allow talking and surfing at the same time?

I would go to Sprint faster than you can say "Verizon is overpriced" but what carriers will offer talking ad surfing at the same time like AT&T offers?

If none of them offer this then I'm stuck with AT&T

i always thought it was GSM that allowed that tech, so i would guess tmobile?

If it comes with LTE, then any LTE phone can do it too so Verizon would be in.
