New cheaper Mac OS 9 bootable G4s! Starting at $1299 for the tower!

i called it

i got this one in the x5 thread along with the camera. actually this is a sweet deal as these machines are fast enough for most, esp with superdrives and for those who have some mac os9 only apps and games. i want to see it benchmarked against the 1.6. i know it will lose but at somethings the duals just might come out ahead like having multiple apps open i doubt it though.

Based on the keynote and the specs on apple.com, it wouldn't even be close. The 1.6 would crush the dual 1.25 G4. Still a great price on a computer that is fast enough for many people though.
