Title sums it up. I took a trip recently and brought only my iPhone, which is running the last version of iOS 7. I left my MBP at home, but it was on (screen was off, but the MBP was on) and connected to the internet the whole time.

I met a few people and created new contact entries. When I got home, I was dismayed to find that none of those new contacts were in the Contacts app on my MBP. (The devices are supposed to sync via iCloud.)

New contacts created on my MBP sync properly to my iPhone, and changes made to entries on either the MBP or iPhone properly sync to the other device, but for some reason, new contacts created on the iPhone aren't showing up on my MBP. (I just tried again, over two weeks after my trip, but the same problem persists.)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
