New Dynamic Island change with transparent headers is agony

Adding the coloured outline to the dynamic island was a bad idea when prominent apps use transparent headers. The island will fade in and out of the outline mode constantly. It’s very distracting in use. I’ve attached a clip of me scrolling through Twitter, but you can also see this in action in the native Mail app.

Agony? That's a bit dramatic. I don't see how it's any more distracting than seeing everything else on the page below the semi-transparent header as you scroll. And, yes, I watched the video. I simply don't see how that would be distracting.
