New earpod loose buttons?

Hi everyone

I just got my new iPhone with the new earpod with remote and mic, but I found the upper end (the + button) a bit loose, especially when you press it back and forth from the side, and it's making funny cracky sound.

Is this normal? Does this happen to every earpod?
