When we receive your certificate, completed accessories form, and payment for those accessories, your item and accessories will be shipped right to you. We even cover the shipping cost."
So, no, I wouldn't say that this is the best deal, unless I am reading correctly

LOL! $8,000 worth of accessories? That's friggin' hilarious! That's the easiest 30 bucks made ever right there. I'm reporting them to eBay just for the helluvit, although it's probably already been reported. 
And the sad thing is... people get suckered into this kind of crap! Get this, I introduce my grandma to eBay, and the next day she elatedly tells me that she bought this multi-thousand-dollar purse for $35! Well I checked the auction, and as it turns out she bought a WHOLESALE LIST of purse suppliers! Honestly, I don't know how some people survive on this planet...

If you're really nice to me, I'll even consider tossing in a package of LCD screen wipes to sweeten the deal.

I wonder if you emailed this guy asking what the accessories consisted of would he email you back with an answer.
I do virtually no shopping on ebay anymore because of crap like this, I do check out half.com occasionally though.

How to Get Electronics Free!!
Ok, I'm sure lots of people who bought info on how to receive electronics free were pissed off but two things, cavaet emptor, its at the bottom of every ebay listing translate from latin if you don't know it. One of my friends sold that free electronics information on ebay and made about two grand over two months. He used the money to switch to a mac, so I applauded him. If someone is too dumb to realize its not possible they don't deserve that five or ten dollars they paid.
