New Email tone doesn't work. Help

I am Jailbroken on 4.3.3 with 3GS and before I used to get Notification Tone of new Email but now I don't. I have the App ToneFXs installed for my texts but even before that It didn't work.

I checked all the settings and everything seems good. Anyone have any suggestions?
