New Emojis in iOS6

did anyone else notice all the new emojis? i believe they're built in to iOS now since i did not d/l any emoji app when i went to add a new keyboard. they're amahzing

yeah they were on ios5 also, but there's a slew of new faces, animals, etc that weren't there before. i just want to know if this is exclusive to iOS6 lol

Yep, there's quite a few. They even show up on iOS 5 (chats/text, not on keyboard).

That is good to know. I have several friends who aren't cool enough to be running iOS 6 yet. (Non-developer folk)

no you don't


since iOS 5, it came built into the os
before then you had to install a app

No the old ones have, not the new ones.

They've only been about for a week or two.

Emoji Pro in Cydia or Emoji 2 in the App Store (there are several version though)

I had to look at this thread with my iPhone to see them. I am guessing those boxes are the new ones I can't see.

BTW: SOME of new ones will show up to people using iOS5. I sent some to my wife to show here the new ones and most (of the new ones) showed up as a black box when the old ones showed fine.
