Hi,

I just noticed something in iTunes 8.

In the Advanced drop down menu, you can now create iPod or iPhone and Apple TV versions of the videos you have in iTunes. However, the only video I can import are already iPod ready.

Anybody know if I'm doing something wrong?

Cheers.

I'm pretty sure it's just adding a file extension so the iPod can do something nifty with it.

iTunes has always had something like that, you can convert any videos into iPod format.
Although, I wouldn't recommend it. I did it for an episode of the Simpsons and it converted all but the audio.
Just use something like "Jodix Free iPod converter."

Thanks for the response.

What video formats are compatible with iPod and iTunes?
