new firefox update??

i updated to the newest firefox yesterday and immed had problems, my macbook would pause (pinwheel) for approx 20 seconds, then run fine. it kept doing this after reboot/shutdown. i finally had to delete the firefox app, now everything is fine. anyone else having probs with the updated firefox?

No problem here either. It downloaded and installed itself after I checked for update.
