Not sure if it’s an issue of iOS 13 itself on safari or if it’s an issue with the forum but the forum randomly eats the ending of a post when I hit enter.

Testing this on an iPad Pro with iOS 13.
Edit: looks okay right now.
Do you have to edit a posts a lot to fix the missed words? After the 2nd attempt, no words are missing?
