New Framework 13 (AMD AI 300 Series)

Framework had a product announcement today, updating their 13" laptop with the new AMD AI 300 Series. They also announced a 12" 2-1, as well as a cool looking desktop. Took me 30 minutes to get into their website!

Anyway, I just thew down a deposit for the 13" laptop with an HX 370. Configured to 32GB/1TB it was $2K. Not cheap, but I support what they do and I've been impressed with the benchmarks coming out of the Radeon 890M. Guessing it won't ship until late April, so it'll be awhile before I get my hands on it, unfortunately.

I'll be installing Linux (likely Xubuntu). Proton has worked so well with gaming on my desktop that I've moved completely away from Windows.

Honestly, I'm still on the fence about moving away from Apple for my laptop. I figure I have 6 weeks until the Framework 13 is ready to ship, so I have some time to figure out whether I *really* want to make the jump.
