NEW from VZW - Are you supposed to see signal bars after itune part?

I see NO BARS, NO SERVICE.

Then I called activation and the automated system said my phone is active...

wow i live in a normal suburb, never realized i would get zero bars?

Reboot the phone.

you're still under the try before you buy period. i say give it a day or two, and if that doesn't work (also try it in different areas), then you can probably go back to verizon
