Check out [app]Pool Rebel[/app]. It's kind of expensive, but I just watched a youtube vide about it here and the graphics look really amazing. I know this video is on a PocketPC, but I think they just ported it over to the iPhone because the iPhone screenshots look the same.
One thing I really like about this game over the other pool games I tried is how the balls actually ROLL instead of just gliding on one side only. The balls are 3D and the stripes actually move with the ball. I also like how you can angle your shots and do cool trick shots.
I haven't purchased this yet and there are no reviews about it yet. I'd love to see a video of this in action on an actual iPhone though.
