I just noticed that the Google search results have changed layout with sponsored links at the top and bottom instead of on the right. Is it like this for everyone or just me?

That is really strange. I've never noticed sponsored links at the top or bottom before tonight; they've always been on the right. I can't find any queries now that result in links on the right.
It changes for me; sometimes it's on the top and sometimes on the side (and I think sometimes both).
