New Graphics Card for 1st Gen Mac Pro

Well - I've been noticing random coloured pixels at first - which then progressed to random lines appearing all over the display. I no expert but I suspect my graphics card is on it's last legs....

Can anyone recommend a replacement?

It's a 1st Gen Mac Pro (Dual 2.0 I think..)

I don't do much that requires a top end card - no gaming / motion / compositing etc.. Just basic Photoshop FCP etc..

You need a Mac specific card, one for a PC will NOT work.

That's great - tempted with the first - though it looks like it only runs under Leopard - Will have to upgrade... been meaning to so hey!

I think I might take the card out and give it a good clean first - may be just over heating.
