Yo,
I would love a new graphics card for my powermac G5 but I don't even know what model I have!

here is some info about it:

Model Name: Power Mac G5
Model Identifier: PowerMac7,3
Processor Name: PowerPC G5 (2.2)
Processor Speed: 1.8 GHz
Number Of CPUs: 2
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 4 GB
Bus Speed: 900 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 5.1.8f7

It has 4 ram slots and a 700GB HD

What type of graphics card would fit this Mac?

It's simple to figure out what Mac you have. Plug the Model Identifier into Google and cross reference based on the other specs. 15 seconds later, I know that this is your Mac. Your best bet for a video card is either an ATI AGP Radeon X700 or an NVIDIA AGP GeForce 7800GS, but anything that's 8X AGP and Mac Compatible will work. Look on eBay.

Thanks!
And would any of these be any better than the one already in?

Both will work.

First one is flashed from PC version, second one is genuine Mac one.

...but their prices... what a rip off... especially first one

Fixed, if you don't mind :)

better price

The ATI X800XT or X850XT Mac Edition would be the best buy to get, if you can find them. I had an X800 in one of my P4 PCs years ago and it was great (at that time).

Here is a 9800 PRO Mac Edition new oem on eBay for $80 canuck bucks which is an ok deal.

I would personally recommend getting a real Mac Edition when possible, and probably stay away from buying from far east countries like that first link you had.
