I've been using the latest beta drivers for a couple weeks now, almost everyday and running several games. Everything has worked flawlessly for me : )

And have you noticed performance improvments? And do the brightness function still work like the other guy was saying earlier?

Haven't noticed too much of a performance increase. I play battlefield 3, MWF3 and Microsoft Flight. They run just fine at 1900 x 1200. I have control over brightness and keyboard brightness just like OS X. I haven't noticed anything not working. I use throttlestop and nvidia inspector to keep temps in check as well. Overall I couldn't be happier.
