i got a new hard drive for my 08 13" macbook. I need the snow leopard software so i can install it..can anyone tell me how and where i can download a copy of it onto my pc? i know apple only wants $19.99 for a copy but i am impatient and want to install this today. everywhere i look online says you must download it onto your mac to install it on your mac(makes no ****ing sense how are you supposed to download anything onto a computer with a blank hard drive?)

You can also buy Snow Leopard from Amazon.com as well as Apple. Do you have the original OS disc that came with the Macbook?

Please do not ask for someone to send you the software or for where you can download it as that is against the forum rules.

You can call Apple for the install disc. They might be able to give you a link where you can download it. Just call them.
