New hard drive recommendations for 13" MacBook?

My daughter has a 5 year old 13" MacBook (black) with a 250 gig hard drive that seems to be dying (increasingly frequent "needs to be re-started" errors on boot up). I'd like to replace it, and would like recommendations. The one that is currently installed is a Fujitsu MHY2250BH. I don't know what size limitations her bios might impose, but if I'm going to replace it, I'd like to get her something a little larger, say 320 or 500 gigs.

I just bought a western digital for the exact computer you are talking about and it's working just fine. I thnk it was $60. at best buy. It's 320gigs.

Just bought a 750gb WD kit from Macsales online. Install was super easy and now using the old drive as an external drive.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I did the same thing.

Got a WD 7200rpm 320GB for about $60 on NewEgg. It's very easy to replace the drive.

Yep, you could even get a 750GB if you like.
