I recently had my hard drive die out in my iMac and bought/replaced it with a bigger one. I used my external hard drive where I had backed up my important files using Time Machine & restored them to my new drive.
When I look at the information for my new drive it says that 300GB are in use however when I try searching for any of the files (even just file extensions like .ai or .jpg) nothing comes up.
Has anyone else experienced this before? I've been searching online to try to find answers but haven't found something that's quite like what I'm experiencing here.
Any help would be super appreciated! Thanks so much.
