New Hard Drive

I Have a MacBook model A1278.
I want to get a bigger hard drive but cant figure out what I am supposed to order. I am going to order a 2.5 or 3TB can someone tell me what I should be ordering.

So you have a 13" MBP.

I don't believe that 2.5" drives larger than 1TB exist... yet. What you could do is lose your optical drive and get an optibay with another 1TB hard drive for 2TB in total. You need 9.5mm height drives, 12.0mm won't fit.

So, you should be looking for: 1TB 2.5" SATA 9.5mm
