In the next couple weeks Seagates new notebook hard drives are gonna be released bumping up the 7200rpm series of drives to 250 & 320gb
I plan on getting one to replace my current drive that i have sitting in my mbp
My question is this .. there will be two types of each drive .. a regular version and a G-Force Protection version .. At a local store the price difference is only like 15$ so its nothing outrageous to get the G-Force version .. I was just curious if it matters .. Can the MBP's take advantage of the Ge-Force protection offered by these drives ??
I'm not planning on dropping and testing my MBP
