New HD for iMac.

Please help.
The hard drive in my iMac 2011 died. I had a spare 3.5" hard drive so followed a walkthrough on how to replace the drive. Everything was going fine until I went to connect the new hard drive. The fan sensor connector is different on the new drive. How do I know which replacement drives will have the right connectors to work???

You installed the wrong HD, in order to do it correctly you need to purchase a HD that is compatible. You can contact OWC or your local AASP and they can help you source one.
