new HD: should i re install apps or copy them over?

Hi, i just got a new 60GB SSD for just the OS and apps. I want to keep it as clean as possible. No extra junk.

Should i copy the applications that are already installed on my other drive, or should i re install them?

Any input is much appreciated.
