Hi there, just bought myself a 120GB HDD for my MBP, and I was wondering the easiest way to transfer all the data over.

I've got myself a LACIE 160gb external hard drive that I can transfer everything onto, however I was wondering if there is anyway to have everything copied onto it, so that when I install the new hard drive I can simply plug in the firewire lead and sync all the data as you would with an old laptop.

Any help would be great? Is Superduper the best option?

Edit:
Decided to just go ahead and buy an external hard drive enclosure, this way, I get myself another hard drive and I can quite easily copy everything over.
