New HDD Vista/ Parallels Clone questio

I just bought a 13" MacBook from MacMall with Vista and parallels already on it. I intend on getting a 320 or 250 7200rpm HDD, but before doing so, I was curious if anyone knows if I will lose Vista in switching the HDD's?

Yes, unless you clone it using something like WinClone. Also bear in mind that you will probably have to re-activate it.

Im using Carbon Copy Cloner to copy the HD. Also I am going to install the 4GB of OWC Ram. Even if I have Vista but am not running it at the same time, I should not see a performance decrease at all, right?
