Hello i'm new here and the problem is situated with either a threat or a hack situation. I received a warning from this guy on meebo that he is going to hack my IP address because he doesn't like me 100% and i need to know if this thread is at the right place and also what should i do? I was told he's a beginner when it comes to hacking. so i just need to know what is there to offer, please and thank you.

You external IP is changing at least once a day, as the ISP is normally doing that anyway. Therefore the "hacker" can't really find you. Don't worry, the "hacker" was just feeding your fear, s/he can't actually do something, especially if s/he is a beginner.
