Hi all I am brand new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I just got a used 15" MacBook Pro from 2006 with the Intel processer and its running Snow Leopard. I am very excited to finally have a Mac as I have been wanting one for the longest time. I hope to learn alot through the forums and have some fun.

Thanks for the welcome and for the links. I will still be keeping my PC for the time being. Since the budget is tight I am looking for a used iMac desktop to hold me over untill I can buy a new one. I really would like to learn how to program and write apps but first I really need to learn the ins and outs of the Mac.

I hate when people are spamming links :(

Especially useless ones. What are those bloody bastards thinking, if they think at all????
