Hey,

First post. Was just curious about battery cycles and health. I have searched a bit and my battery health to cycles ratio seems healthy? I am not sure.

I have had my Macbook Pro for 9 months now and according to iStat (an app that I look at way too much) my battery is at 90% health with 178 cycles.

Do these cycles seem high? What about the health, is it low? Are there any tips to keeping the health high for as long as possible?

I have also discovered it fluctuates up and down, as I guess it depends on adapter plug in time. I have been up and down from 91% to 99% for a few weeks.

Maybe I just worry too much. Thanks!
