new iBook battery question

Got a new iBook...I've calibrated the battery and everything's running smoothly. It doesn't matter if I only charge it partially now does it? It won't effect the operating of the battery if I only charge it for an hour and then take it on the road? A really cool and useful feature of the iBook is the battery button on the bottom of the machine...great for seeing when the battery is low. Ahh, Apple's attention to detail...

What you doing now is fine. Just follow the rule of thumb to cycle at least once a month.
