A bit of help and advice is needed please. I understand how the iCloud Photo Library works as such but is there a way to set it up to store my Photos on my Mac and NOT in the cloud (or just previews in the cloud) and to have it all sync seamlessly between my Mac, iPhone and iPad as a library? I've got around 6000 pictures and am paying for iCloud storage space now but would like to get around this. Thanks and hope someone can help me on this.

yes, you can set up photos to use a local library without going to iCloud.

Thats great thanks but which options should I untick on my mac photos and iPhone photos settings as they're all ticked in at the min? And will it just be the case of turning my mac on every now and then for the photos to stream from the old photo stream? Thanks
