"New iCloud Terms and Conditions" notification appears repeatedly in macOS 13.0.1

For the last few days, I have been getting a notification in Notification Center that "New iCloud Terms and Conditions" are available and I must accept.

Clicking on the notification takes me to the Settings app, which displays the new terms and conditions. I tick the box and then accept, then for a split second an error message occurs.

A few minutes later, I'll get a new "New iCloud Terms and Conditions" notification in Notification Center...and the cycle repeats.

I’ve seen this happen when there are multiple Apple IDs signed in. Check for another account being used for separate mail, calendar, contacts, etc - or App Store, Game Center, iMessage, FaceTime.
