New icon in iTunes 12.5?

Apologies if this has been asked already, but I'm seeing a new pencil/notepad icon in the Apple Music part of iTunes. Clicking it doesn't do anything. Any ideas as to what this is or could be?

If you go into For You, you'll see it there right by your avatar.
