New IMAC 27 Needs a desk, will this work?

Hi all,

Went to Ikea and bought this desk. But now I see on the website it's good for monitors up to 19 inches? Before I put it together, curious if you all think it will handle my non-flickering but slightly noisy baby?

You should go for the Galant corner desk, it is about the same price but twice the size, I have one and I love it. It could easily fit 3 27" iMacs

Yes, the desk will be fine. You should be able to figure this out for yourself with one glance at the size of the box the desk comes in (roughly the size of the desk's working surface).

If you have an IKEA near you I would probably go there and have a look around. If thats the style you are looking for, that will more than easily hold the iMac, its just under 14kg so pretty much anything that looks like it can hold it, will.

I prefer huge desks where everything is not cluttered up. Buy as bigger desk that will fit in the room.
