Hey All,

Just taken delivery of my new iMac and was wondering if there is any software i should install as standard.

Already got office/perian/handbrake/firefox

Anyone care to throw anything else into the pot

I'm usually rather quick with installing Adium and Skype for chatting and little snitch for a sense of security :p

Spotify is another program that can be quite fun.

Little snitch worth the cash ? never really bothered when i got my macbook pro but after a certain gaming account was compromised im slightly more worried about security on my mac now. If not any recommendations for security ?

I'm probably the wrong person to ask if it is worth the cash...

There is a similar app called Hands Off! Which does pretty much the same things.

Another app that I found useful is Cinch which does window management á Windows7. A similar program is Divvy which I installed yesterday. I like both of them so far.
