Quick question: am I likely to notice the difference between the 3.2 and 3.4 processors for most "light" work (text in Pages, email, surfing, etc)? Sorry for the dumb question.

Thank you. I was pondering between two refurbished models, and went with the base processor (3.2) and 16 gigs of ram. I was tempted to go for the 3.4 and 8 gigs (knowing that I could add RAM myself, as I did with my current machine) but by the time I went back to the Apple site it was gone! So maybe fate intervened. I'm not going to cry about what I won't know and I'm sure it won't matter anyway. I need a new Mac now and I'm sure I won't regret the choice (?) that was taken from my hands. All's well that ends well. It will be a big step up from my base 2010 21.5", I'm sure. Like all insecure people, I just needed someone to tell me I was doing the right thing.

Thanks.
