I just got my 24" iMac, 2.8ghz, 4gb ram, 500gb HD. I installed boot camp and installed 32bit Vista ultimate on 32gb ntfs partition.

Is it true that I can only use a ntfs partition when installing Vista?

Vista works ok but a few things I've noticed doesn't work well.

Video card - resolution does not allow me to adjust to optimal resolution. The screen looks stretched (like on a big screen hdtv displaying sd content)

Sound doesn't work

Did leopard not install the drivers needed for vista or how do I go about getting these drivers?

Thank you for any help.

In Windows, insert the Leopard DVD... it should show up.

Run the installer to install the Windows drivers.

OMG! r u serious? that easy? dummy me. I'll have to try it when I get home from work. Thank you!

That is the set of instructions that Bootcamp Assistant gives... sometimes the answer really is: RTFM. :)

well, yeah, but I ddin't have a printer so I couldn't print the instructions. I ended up going to apple.com and got the pdf file and it didn't say to insert the disk in windows. or at least i didn't see it. :)

Thanks for directing me though.
