New Imac, buy now or wait?

title says it all, but with one catch, i really only buy refurbed, so should i pick up a refurbed imac now or wait?

I have read they many rumors/articles stating new imacs are on the horizon, but two things about that worry me:
1-minis have been rumored to be updated for a long, long time now
2-if new imacs are released the refurbs wont hit the apple store for a good 4-5 months after

i have a 2 yr old MBP that i am using as my desktop (monitor, external HD hooked up)

I would still wait. You never know what might happen. Maybe the Refurbs will drop even lower. Maybe you can get a Higher specs for the same price. Who knows?

It all depends if you can wait it out.

If you don't need the new machines just buy it. There's no reason waiting and waiting if you need/want it now.

At least till the end of the week refurb is a great option!
