New iMac: iTunes not showing Artwork

Hello

My new iMac arrived yesterday (my first ever Mac), and I've run into a small problem. iTunes won't show the album artwork, even though everything works fine on my windows laptop. The files are properly tagged.

What could be the issue?

Did you manually insert the artwork in the files? Or did you let iTunes download it? If the latter, did you make sure to copy your iTunes artwork folder to your new Mac?
