I am upgrading my old and tired iMac to a new all singing and dancing 27” i7 3.4 ...

I want to start from fresh and not use the migration assistant, however, I would like to transfer all my iTunes data including music, playlists, apps, settings, backups for 3 iphone, 3 ipod and 1 ipad ect ... Basically, I would like iTunes to be exactly the same on the new machine as it is on the old iMac - Is there a simple way or 3rd party utility to transfer all iTunes data? (not just the music)

I would also like to transfer my mail settings but that isn’t a priority.

TIA

Has anyone got any idea? I suppose I am looking for an app selective backup/restore solution ...
