iPod touch New iMac, now what do I do about my iPod Touch?

Just bought a new pc (the iMac) and my ipod touch is set up on my windows pc, how can I flip it over to the imac without losing all progress in my apps?

Make a backup of your iTunes library and import it on the iMac.
