I apologize if this has be broached elsewhere, but the iMac is going to pretty kill OWC's iMac upgrade sales isn't it? Will it be possible to open this thing up?

I guess OWC could take the whole thing up a notch: the already have had the service to cut a hole in the device in order to install an eSATA port, now they could offer a service to cut open the back of the device to that users can change out the drives.

If Apple offers as few configuration choices as it appears, OWC will be able to offer any number of upgrades. I have no doubt their turnkey service will be available. These units have to be serviced by Apple, after all. They may seem impossible for mortals to peek inside, but they can be opened & serviced.
