New iMac Randomly Shuts Down

This is our first Mac and while I know how to trouble shoot with Windows, I'm lost (though very happy) with our Mac. We haven't had any problems at all since we bought our Mac about 3 months ago but today it just shut down twice in a row. Here's what I copied out of the Console

I hope that makes since to someone because it certainly doesn't to me.

How much memory do you have installed and was it from apple or a third party? The reason why I ask is because there is an issue with imacs shutting down when you have 16gb of ram installed.

I believe it's just the standard 4gb. It's the 21.5" iMac straight out of the box. Never had anything done to it.

Can you tell me more about this? I thought it was maybe a video card problem or some kind of confliction with Adobe CS5.

My computer makes a pop sound and then just randomly turns off. It's brand new and we did get 16gb ram installed...
Is there something we can do to fix this problem?
