I just got delivery of a new iMac 21.5" which is a Christmas gift to my daughter. I opened it up and installed 8 GB of Crucial memory and started it up to check if it registered. In the process, I skipped filling in info on most of the start-up screens, wanting to leave it to my daughter. I tried lauchpad to look for a set-up assistant she could run to get to those screens again, but all I saw was Migration Assistant. So I shut down. She might not pick up the computer until after the holidays as she is going overseas for a few weeks. Is there a way she could get back to those screens to fill in the info when she finally gets it?

Just go to spotlight search and type in Migration Assistant. She can take it from there.

OK, thanks. I wasn't really thinking when I posted. I was just concerned that since I don't have Lion on my Mac, I won't be able to help her that much, but she'll have warranty coverage and can ask Apple for all the help she needs. For a while, anyway.
