New iMac user, Q re: .jpg from video

I used to use Real Player to download youtube vids, then used the option to save a .jpg from a clip, with iMac the Real Player doesn't have that option anymore...Can anyone recommend iMac compatible software to do that?

VLC Player, Movist, screenshots

You could use KeepVid, or you could use ClickToFlash, or you could use Safari's Activity window, and all of these are free.
