New iMessage/calander functionality?

When using iMessage, I stumbled across this: When you mention a date or time, it underlines it.

You can press the underlined sections, and it only highlights them.

Could be a hint that by the release version, tapping one of these will automatically create a calendar event for that date and time?

Quite a nice idea.
